He's so easy and Magne only takes advantage of it to make him happy, because it makes her happy.
"Wonderful, thank you love," she murmurs with her nose against the side of his head. She has calmed substantially, and pushes herself to her feet with a hand out to help César up in kind, pulling him along and wrapping her arms around him when they're upright once more. "I'll remind you in the morning. For now, I think I need to rest. Come with me?"
The happy little spark it gives them both is all the more reason to never develop a resistance to its effect.
Magne's breath back to normal; César's relieved. He takes her hand and stands, lazily throwing his arms over her shoulders in a lazy hug. "Of course. We can make dinner later, and then you both can take turns using my bathroom." Which is potentially why Dabi moves in soon after. "And I'll make you an extra pretty Magnolia branch in the morning. I might just have to make you one every day now...."
Magne chuckles as she wraps her arms around his middle and leans against him. "We're going to need a whole tree or two if you're going to do that. Maybe a cherry tree or two," she suggests. Then she steals another kiss before drawing away again to go and avail herself of the bath once more.
César smiles and shrugs, leaning against her right back. "Maybe I'll need to do that, too." Making some trees for Magne is something he'd happily do, and he ends up doing exactly that for her business in the future.
He lets her go and gives a little wave.

The thought of having little flower-shedding trees around the house is such a charming one.
That waving hand is taken before it can fall, and Magne pulls him along gently after her. "Come on, we both need to wash up." And then change the bedding and air out the room a bit. They're going to have to do a little bit more with their night before it's well and truly time to sleep it off.
César's smile is brilliant as she pulls him along, and he doesn't need to add a word for the moment. They'll clean up and take a bath together so she can wash his back and then cuddle that way, and get the room dealt with. Then make sure to feed themselves and Dabi, let Dabi take whatever bath or shower he wants, and all three of them will settle in for the night.
The rest of the night is absolutely ordinary in how domestic it is, but extraordinary that it's the three of them... and a bunch of baby chicks with soon to be terrible names.
